Educational Tips for the Childbearing Woman & Beyond
Treatment and education are offered Mon & Wed 5:30pm -6:30 pm & Saturday 10 am -11 am. Group sessions limited to 5 participants to allow for individual attention. Private Classes by appointment at your convenience. Call to Schedule your complimentary evaluation prior to registering.

Classes aim at the over 45 to help prevent osteoporosis & help you go through menopause with support and dignity. Pelvic Floor integrity is also addressed.

Aches & Pains of Pregnancy & Postpartum

The round ligament is made up of two cords that attach or anchor the uterus to the genitals/pelvis. During pregnancy, this ligament thickens and becomes taut to support the weight of the uterus. Some times this causes discomfort.


Back Pain during Pregnancy & Postpartum

Physical therapists will determine if joint and/or muscle problems are causing your back pain. They will try to restore a normal position of your pelvis and lessen muscle pain. You will learn how to help yourself with specific exercises and comfort measures at home.
